It's important to note that all cabling needs to be removed from ceiling and floor channels or cut at wall outlets and rolled up in ceiling space. 

 

Once all items have been removed, we can also assist with cleaning and repairs to ensure your space is left in a "Broom Clean" condition to meet the terms of your rental contract and get your deposit back.
